Welcome to Interview Academy (referred to as “we,” “our,” or “the Company”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of our services and outline the rights, responsibilities, and obligations between the Company and its users.


Chapter 1: General Provisions

Chapter 2: Membership Registration and Service Usage

Article 1: Definition of Membership

A “Member” is an individual deemed eligible by the Company, who agrees to these Terms, completes the registration process, and receives a unique ID and password.

Article 2: Membership Registration

  1. Membership is established upon the user’s submission of an application and the Company’s acceptance of the application, which constitutes agreement to these Terms.
  2. Applicants must provide accurate personal information as requested by the Company.
  3. Upon acceptance, the Company will notify the user of their ID and other relevant details.
  4. Each user is permitted one unique ID, which cannot be changed after registration.
  5. The Company reserves the right to reject membership applications in the following cases:
    • The applicant uses another person’s identity.
    • The application is not made under the applicant’s real name.
    • The application contains false information.
    • The application is submitted for purposes that disrupt public order or morality.

Article 3: Service Usage and Restrictions

  1. Services are generally available 24/7, except during system maintenance or other technical interruptions, with prior notification to users.
  2. Online consultation services may not be available 24/7 due to staff availability.

Article 4: Service Fees

  1. Services are provided free of charge to registered members.
  2. If the Company introduces paid services, relevant details will be announced in advance.

Chapter 3: Service Termination, Re-registration, and Usage Restrictions

Article 1: Service Termination

  1. Members may terminate their accounts by submitting a written request via email to the Company.
  2. Termination requests must include the member’s name, ID, and reason for termination. Upon verification, the account will be terminated.
  3. Termination is confirmed when the member can no longer log in using their credentials.

Article 2: Re-registration

  1. Terminated members may request re-registration by submitting a written request via email.
  2. Re-registration requests must include the member’s name, ID, and other required information.

Article 3: Usage Restrictions

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate service without prior notice if a member engages in the following:

  • Violating public order or morality.
  • Committing or being involved in criminal activities.
  • Using the service for purposes that undermine national interest or public safety.
  • Using another person’s ID or password.
  • Engaging in activities that harm or inconvenience others.
  • Registering multiple accounts under the same individual.
  • Violating applicable laws or the Company’s terms and conditions.

Chapter 4: Limitation of Liability

Article 1: Online Consultations

  1. The Company will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the confidentiality of consultations but is not responsible for the following:
    • Disclosure of consultation details due to user negligence (e.g., password leaks).
    • User-initiated deletion of consultation records.
    • Disclosure or loss of records due to circumstances beyond the Company’s control (e.g., natural disasters).
  2. Consultation content may be anonymized and used for the following purposes:
    • Academic research.
    • Publication in materials such as printed guides or digital content.
    • Development of FAQs and other educational materials.

Article 2: Information Services

  1. Information provided on the service is for general purposes only and is not intended to replace professional advice. Users should consult qualified professionals for specific concerns.
  2. The Company does not endorse any particular product, service, or method mentioned in the service.

Chapter 5: Obligations

Article 1: Company Obligations

  1. The Company will make reasonable efforts to provide uninterrupted service to members.
  2. User inquiries will be addressed promptly, and delays will be communicated with expected resolution timelines.

Article 2: Member Obligations

  1. Members are responsible for managing their IDs and passwords.
  2. Members agree to receive service-related emails as part of their membership.
  3. If unauthorized use of a member’s account occurs, the member must notify the Company immediately.

Chapter 6: Dispute Resolution

  1. Any disputes arising from service use will be resolved amicably through mutual agreement.
  2. If litigation is necessary, the court located in the Company’s jurisdiction will have exclusive authority.

Chapter 7: Affiliate Links

  1. The Company may include affiliate links on its website to support operations. Purchases made through these links may result in the Company earning a commission at no additional cost to the user.
  2. The Company discloses the use of affiliate links to maintain transparency.
  3. The Company is not responsible for the accuracy or quality of products or services provided through affiliate links.
